Professional golfer Vijay Singh has just listed his breathtaking Hawaiian estate for $23 million, reports GolfDigest. The home, which was built in 2004, offers up impressive amenities that explain the hefty price tag.

The 59-year-old, who has won 34 events in the PGA Tour including a Masters title and two PGA championships, purchased the 52-acre property on Hawaii’s Big Island 13 years ago. In addition to the sprawling acreage, the home offers up 9,000 square feet of living space, as well as five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two powder rooms. The property features a full mile of oceanfront land, so the entire home offers gorgeous views.

The foyer has double-height ceilings and welcomes guests into a spacious living and dining room. It has a chef’s kitchen, as well as a library comprised of custom bookshelves. The primary suite features 2,800 square feet of living space, including a fireplace, sitting room, a massive walk-in closet, and even a wraparound porch that faces the ocean and stunning backyard pool. The home also has an elevator as well as a grand staircase.

There is a guest house on the property that includes one bedroom and one bathroom. The property also includes 10 acres of macadamia nut trees, as well as citrus and avocado orchards and a private deep water well. An equipment barn that holds all of the machinery that is needed to maintain the lush landscape is also included with the property.

In addition to this home, Singh, a native of Fiji, owns a house in Ponte-Vedra Beach, Fla., as well as a duplex in New York City.
