Perex hovorí, že stratégia je pripravenosť na a) zdravé riziko b) obranu na kraji priepasti c) uplatnenie poslednej praktickej šance, apod. Je to nižšie ukázané príkladom porovnania toho, čo napísal a čo nenapísal Michal Šimečka:

Pokračujeme vo svojej hodnotovej stratégii predstavovania progresívneho liberalizmu, pre ktorú sú násilie/krutosť, predstieranie/pokrytectvo, vyvolenosť/snobstvo, neúprimnosť/zradnosť, zatrpknutosť/mizantropia neakceptovateľné. Sme presvedčení, že je to férová ponuka pre všetkých občanov našej krajiny.
The European elections are in two weeks‘ time. We are continuing with our value strategy of presenting a progressive liberalism for which violence/cruelty, pretence/hypocrisy, chosenness/snobbery, insincerity/treachery, bitterness/misanthropy are unacceptable. We believe this is a fair offer for all citizens of our country.

Môžeš si k tomu čítať túto jednostranovú poviedku. Pri čítaní do roli Dverníka môžeš dosadiť Zdravý Rozum, Kraj priepasti, apod.

Túto poviedku pekne znázorňovala flashová hra Before the law*, v ktorej bola jedna fantastická skrytá možnosť (zdravého rizika/obrany na okraji priepasti/uplatnenia poslednej praktickej šance), kedy na Vidiečana zareval Dverník „HALT!“. A bola tam šípka dolu, ktorú bolo treba stlačiť podľa pokynu Dverníka. Ak ju hráč stlačil, bol to jeho koniec – hra sa odohrávala podľa poviedky až dokonca a nedalo sa to už zmeniť. Ak zrevanie Dverníka nerešpektoval a išiel ďalej, Dverník popraskal a zrútil sa na zem. Tento krok nám ukazuje Zelenskyj a napriek tomu ho nevidíme.
This tale was nicely illustrated by the flash game Before the Law*, which featured one fantastic hidden possibility (of a healthy risk/defending at the edge of the precipice/taking the last practical chance) where the Gatekeeper roared „HALT!“ at the Countryman. And there was a down arrow that had to be pressed as instructed by the Gatekeeper. If the player pressed it, that was the end of it – the game played out according to the story up to even, and there was no changing it. If the Gatekeeper’s roar was not respected and she went on, the Gatekeeper cracked and collapsed to the ground. Zelensky shows us this move and yet we don’t see it.

Referencia 41 je kniha od Judith Shklar Obyčajné neresti.
- Na s. 239 sa v nej píše: „Krutost, strach a pomsta se navzájem přiživují a stupňují. Jaké důležitější poselství nám dvacáté století přineslo než opakovaně prokázanou pravdu, že „ekonomie násilí“ je jen ideologickým spouštěčem nekonečného teroru?“
- A na str. 263: Svobodná vláda občanům neslibuje, že z nich udělá mravné lidi. Tvrdí pouze, že svoboda odstraní nejzávažnější překážky jakéhokoli dalšího mravního úsilí. Chtít od ní něco víc by nevedlo k oslabení neřestí.
- (pozn. za 5 nerestí sa v knihe povazuje krutost, pokrytectvo, snobstvo, zradnost, mizantropia)
- Poučenie: Ak teda niekto v mene zväčšovania bezpečnosti zmenšuje slobodu, nehovorí pravdu. Zmenšovanie slobody je iba množenie prekážok akémukoľvek mravnému úsiliu.
- Autonómna spôsobilosť nevstupovať do nekonečného (nedefinovaného) kolobehu krutosti, pokrytectva, snobstva, zradnosti a mizantropie sa dá nadobúdať iba v slobode.
- PS mohlo na mítingu proti zrušeniu RTVS proaktívne, preventívne vysvetľovať to, čo píše Shklar. Namiesto toho PS míting zrušila. Akú má PS stratégiu?
Reference 41 is a book by Judith Shklar called Ordinary Vices
- On p. 239 it says: „Cruelty, fear, and revenge feed and intensify each other. What more important message has the twentieth century brought us than the repeatedly proven truth that the ‚economics of violence‘ is merely an ideological trigger for endless terror?“
- And on page 263: A free government does not promise to make citizens moral people. It claims only that freedom will remove the most serious obstacles to any further moral endeavor. To ask anything more of it would not lead to a weakening of vice.
- (Note: the 5 vices in the book are cruelty, hypocrisy, snobbery, treachery, misanthropy)
- Lesson: So if someone is diminishing freedom in the name of increasing security, they are not telling the truth. Diminishing freedom is only multiplying obstacles to any moral effort.
- The autonomous capacity not to enter the endless (undefined) cycle of cruelty, hypocrisy, snobbery, treachery and misanthropy can only be acquired in freedom.
- The PS could have proactively, preventatively explained at the rally against the abolition of RTVS, what Shklar wrote. Instead, the PS cancelled the rally. What is the PS’s strategy?
Neustupovala nikomu, ani Hannah Arendtovej, ani Johnovi Rawlsovi, ani Henrimu Kissingerovi, ani Zbygniewovi Brzezinskému, ani Alasdairovi MacIntyremu, Michaelovi Sandelovi, Leovi Straussovi, Rogerovi Scrutonovi. Nevelebila ani otcov zakladateľov americkej ústavy, Jeffersona a Paineho. Neuznávala McCarthyizmus…
She did not concede to anyone, neither Hannah Arendt, nor John Rawls, Henry Kissinger, Zbygniew Brzezinski, Alasdair MacIntyre, Michael Sandel, Leo Strauss, Roger Scruton. Nor did she glorify the founding fathers of the American Constitution, Jefferson and Paine. She did not recognize McCarthyism…

Namiesto statických absolútnych veľkých slovných podstát napr. ‚inteligencia‘, ‚myslenie‘ používať dynamické relatívne menšie slovné procesy naučiteľnosť/vzdelateľnosť.
Príklad:
„Ako myslíme, tým sa stávame.“
To ako myslíme je funkcia naučiteľnosti. A to, čo je pre nás naučiteľné je funkcia našej vzdelateľnosti.
Instead of static absolute big word essences e.g. ‚intelligence‘, ‚thinking‘, use dynamic relative smaller word processes learnability/educability.
Example:
„As we think, so we become.“
How we think is a function of learnability. And what is learnable for us is a function of our educability.

Ušľachtilý Liberál ustupuje Diktátorovi (na ktorého to podľa neho pôsobí – veď nemôže byť až taký zlý) a hovorí si: Nechcem sa stať Benešom.
Počuje to Rešpekt a povie: To, že si niekto neželá byť Benešom, nestačí na to, aby sa stal Masarykom. Masaryk neustupoval.
Ušľachtilý Liberál ďalej ustupuje Diktátorovi a stáva sa Benešom.

PojemProces ‚obeť‘ / Procept ‚victim‘
Obviňování obětí je stejné jako jejich idealizace – v nejlepším případě je to zbytečné a možná to svědčí o tom, jak obtížné je zaujmout vůči krutosti
vůbec nějaký jasný postoj.
Victim blaming is the same as idealizing them – at best, it’s pointless and perhaps indicative of how difficult it is to take a stand against cruelty to take any clear stance at all.
Idealizovat politické oběti navíc není jen nedůstojné; je to též velmi nebezpečné. Ke skutečné politice patří i to, že oběti politického mučení a nespravedlnosti nejsou často o nic lepší než jejich mučitelé. Čekají jen na to, až si s nimi vymění místo.
Moreover, to idealize political victims is not only undignified; it is also very dangerous. It is part of real politics, that victims of political torture and injustice are often no better, than their torturers. They are just waiting to trade places with them.
Přesto však nesmíme ani za cenu misantropie předstírat, že postavení oběti někoho v jakémkoli smyslu zušlechťuje.
Nevertheless, we must not pretend, even at the cost of misanthropy, that the position of the victim in any sense ennobles anyone.
Pokud zapomeneme, že obětí se může stát kdokoli, a zaslepí nás nenávist k mučení nebo soucit s bolestí, bezděčně svým přeceněním dnešních obětí pomůžeme zítřejším mučitelům.
If we forget, that anyone can be a victim, and we get blinded by our hatred of torture or compassion for pain, unwittingly, by our overestimation of today’s of today’s victims, we help tomorrow’s torturers.

Švajčiarsko (nie) je jedinou krajinou, kde sa na základe ústavného poriadku najdôležitejšie a dôležité rozhodnutia na spolkovej úrovni predkladajú k ľudovému hlasovaniu, a to bez výnimky. (Aj v ostatných krajinách) ľud prakticky zohráva úlohu opozície, lebo (aj keď to nie je obsiahnuté v ústavnom poriadku) má právo predložiť, predostrieť také politické otázky, ktoré ho zaujímajú a ktoré by možno inak zostali vládnou mocou neotvorené. (Aj keď) o ústavnosti zákonov rozhoduje jedine (Ústavný súd), tým najvyšším „orgánom“ je ľud (aj podľa našej Ústavy – Čl. 2 (1) Štátna moc pochádza od občanov, ktorí ju vykonávajú prostredníctvom svojich volených zástupcov alebo priamo).
